As many of our veterinarians and their teams come from overseas, we have become specialists in supporting the transition to UK life. We understand the initial challenges that can bring, such as opening a bank account, finding a home, or learning to drive on the left-hand side of the road.

Your employment will start with an interactive induction with our Talent & Development team held at our head office in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
You will learn about the company, your role and its contribution to the business, and assigned and briefed on your work location.
If you are travelling from outside of the local area, accommodation will be provided whilst you attend your induction.
If your role is eligible for a company car, this will be assigned to you during your induction.
You will be introduced to our Onboarding Partner and learn about our qualified Mental Health First Aiders, who are available to support our staff.
You will have access to a variety of training and development opportunities to support your personal and professional growth.
Apart from our position of being the principal provider of veterinary controls, we have created outstanding support packages for people joining the business
